Delivery & Returns


Purchases are sent according to their purchase value and are sent by Royal Mail  Recorded signed for First Class .  Recorded Delivery Signed for is NOT tracked,  therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for this delivery option. The other postage option is  Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm and is tracked and signed.

Postage charges will appear on checkout.

  • Larger items maybe sent by ParcelForce.

  • We may use other postal services such as Evri at certain times


● Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure is used for delivery to Europe and Outside of Europe depending on the value of the goods.

● Other countries may have charge  import duties or local taxes, these are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.

If you wish to order an item that is out of stock, please contact us and we will then advise you of an estimated delivery time for the product.


If an item arrives incorrect or faulty please advise us by email and it should then be returned within 14 days by a secure postage method which can be tracked and on safe receipt of the item, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund on the proviso that the product has NOT been worn or used. Exchange items will incur a postal charge. We cannot accept liability for non-receipt of returned goods. We cannot guarantee the life of any toy as an animal will treat its toy in different ways. If a toy is not as expected and has not been used, then an email should be sent to us and the toy returned within 14 days. It must be unused and undamaged and then a full refund will issued or if chosen an exchange of goods.
